Design DNA

Template: white and pale grey (#F2F2F2) canvas, near-black #111 text, one charcoal #2E2E2E methodology band and a black footer with a huge wordmark. Neutral grotesque throughout; section headlines set in two tones, a black lead sentence running into a mid-grey continuation. Small (About), (Methodology) parenthetical eyebrows. Imagery is a consistent art-directed series of plants and flowers in glass vessels on grey. Study cards are full-width photos with tiny metadata columns underneath. A scroll section scatters small specimen photos across white space.

Worth borrowing

Set headlines as one sentence in two tones: black claim, grey elaboration.
Commission or pick one photographic motif (specimens in glass) and use it for every image on the page.
List case studies as full-bleed photos with a tiny tag, type and year metadata row below.
