Design DNA

Sand-beige hero with a heavy navy grotesque headline top right and a violet-to-coral gradient block holding the 'Incite' wordmark bottom left. Body is a small serif on light grey. Content runs in a strict grid: a four-column news row with photos and dates, an asymmetric featured-projects block (large illustration left, two stacked items right), and a two-by-two events grid with thin rules. The same gradient block reappears for the newsletter in the footer.

Worth borrowing

A gradient colour block used as a logo plate and repeated as the newsletter signpost.
Heavy sans headlines paired with a small book serif for body and captions.
Events as a ruled grid with date and time top right of each cell.
