Design DNA

Template: near-black ground, warm white type, an italic high-contrast serif for headlines and 9px letterspaced caps for every label, price and spec. Listings fill a two-column grid where each photo carries an index ('01 / 07'), city, bedrooms, square metres and price in a caption strip, filtered by two plain region and type selects. Agents appear as black-and-white portraits with language and tenure lines; the buying process is four numbered columns; a dark enquiry panel and four-city list close the page.

Worth borrowing

Caption each listing with index, location, beds, square metres and price in one letterspaced strip.
Filter the grid with two bare 'REGION ALL / TYPE ALL' selects instead of pill rows.
Set headlines entirely in the italic cut of one serif to make a brokerage feel discreet.
