Design DNA

Warm stone canvas with a thin light serif, italic second lines and tiny grey body text. Opens on a cloud-flight video, then a handwritten founders' note with signature. A deep navy band holds a staggered four-photo collage with overlaid serif lines. Sections pair offset portrait photos with short copy (butler, adventure), a full-bleed sunset boat quote, a restaurant row of four cards, featured events cards with category tabs, and a beach CTA with a small white button before a sparse footer with award logos.

Worth borrowing

Open with a handwritten owner's note and signature instead of a headline.
Stagger photos at different sizes and offsets on a dark band with serif lines laid over them.
Set every heading as roman first line plus italic second line in a light serif.
