Design DNA

Template: butter cream #FBF6E4 with faint vertical pinstripes, tomato red #C8231C for a high-contrast condensed serif and every link, and a small red mono font for slash labels (/WHY TOASTED BUNS?, /SERVING SINCE 2010). The hero centres a big serif wordmark over a full-bleed candid burger-bite photo decorated with hand-drawn yellow sticker doodles. A scattered collage of small captioned food and people photos with stickers follows, then numbered service cards (Dining, Events) in pale yellow panels beside photos, a bread-crumb macro split story block, a social quotes slider, a restaurant CTA card over an interior photo, a newsletter underline form and a two-column mono footer.

Worth borrowing

Decorate candid food photos with small hand-drawn sticker doodles to give a restaurant a sense of humour.
Label every section and photo with lowercase-feeling mono slash captions in the brand red.
Scatter small captioned photos at different sizes across cream instead of a tidy gallery grid.
