Design DNA

White page set almost entirely in a transitional serif, with deep maroon as the only colour and thin diagonal hatch blocks as a recurring mark. The hero stacks two property videos split by a long diagonal keyline, with a one-word noun above a hand-drawn arrow into 'needs a where' and a maroon watch pill. Content rows offset copy and photography on a loose grid, every image captioned with a slash, project name and city plus small previous and next arrows, and a maroon panel overlaps one photograph.

Worth borrowing

Split a hero into two videos separated by one long diagonal keyline and a drawn arrow.
Caption every project photo with a slash, name and city, plus tiny prev/next arrows in place of a gallery UI.
Overlap a maroon copy panel onto a photograph so a two-column row reads as a collage.
