Design DNA

Template: a high-contrast serif at 28-34px with 10px letterspaced caps for labels, over full-bleed stills of alpine, coastal and moorland properties. Palette is stone, snow and a deep brown #4A3B28 band that carries a single centred line. Each property pins full screen with its name, region and a small EXPLORE link while the next scrolls over it; a reading-nook photo and a narrow philosophy column break the imagery, and a dark footer lists company and destinations in three short columns.

Worth borrowing

Pin each property full screen with only name, region and one small explore link.
Drop a single brown band carrying one centred sentence between two image sequences.
Set body copy in a narrow centred column so it reads as a printed manifesto.
