Design DNA

Template: warm plaster and oak photography of arched rooms on an off-white page with a quiet neutral sans. The hero photo carries a dark caption bar with the flat's name, district and floor plus a Reserve now button. A highlights grid lists bedrooms, bathroom, guests, 1 Gbps fibre, standing desk, dual 4K monitors, weekly cleaning and utilities as bordered cells with icons. A pinned philosophy column sits beside a scrolling review grid; a horizontal room gallery tags each room with size and equipment chips, and neighbourhood cards give walking minutes.

Worth borrowing

Describe a rental with a hardware spec grid (fibre speed, desk, monitors) as if it were a product.
Tag every room photo in the horizontal gallery with square metres and its two key fittings.
Give neighbourhood cards a walking-time line so the location argument is concrete.
