Design DNA

Template: warm charcoal #16130F and bone text with a neutral grotesk; the only ornament is the registered mark after the wordmark. The hero states the boroughs served as three outlined pills above the headline, then floats frosted-glass stat chips (98% satisfaction, 19+ years, 850+ projects) at three depths over a dark kitchen render. About is a compact bento of team avatars, response time and a CTA tile. Services are photo tiles carrying a count badge and an expand plus. The signature band is a stack of dark project cards, each a before/after slider with a tag row and duration. Contact sits as a white form over a forest photo.

Worth borrowing

Put the service areas in the hero as outlined pills so location qualifies the visitor immediately.
Float frosted stat chips at three depths over the hero photo rather than in a separate stats row.
Make each project card a before/after slider with job tags and the weeks taken.
