Design DNA

Template: white paper with a charcoal (#1D1F1E) footer band and a deep sea-green (#1F6B5A) button. Headings are a transitional serif in sentence case, with small caps and italic sub-lines. The hero is a dune beach-house photo with a serif wordmark and a check-in / check-out / guests bar; on mobile it becomes a house carousel with a stretched-hexagon crest naming each house. Below: a nine-house grid of consistent dusk photos with bed/sleeps/walk-time lines, four honest policy notes, three neighbourhood cards, a guest-book quote list and an owner pitch.

Worth borrowing

Give every rental a name and a stretched-hexagon quarterboard crest, like a house sign.
List plain-spoken policies ('the price is the price') as a four-column note strip.
Show walk time to the sand on each house card instead of amenity icons.
