Design DNA

Split hero: left a light condensed serif intro and huge 'One Manor Place' name, right a warm laughing portrait. Butter-yellow and forest-green bands alternate with white; body copy is set in a small monospace typewriter face, headings in a light serif. Sections include a centred serif about statement, a clinic interior photo beside the dentist bio, three team portraits, a services accordion list, a mint illustrated children's dentistry block, split patient photo and serif quote blocks, and a green footer with a giant wordmark.

Worth borrowing

Pair a light serif display face with a monospace body to make a clinic feel boutique.
Alternate portrait photos and large serif patient quotes in a checkerboard split.
Services as a simple ruled accordion list next to a short intro.
