Design DNA

White editorial layout with a huge high-contrast serif title stack (Edificio / O'Higgins / 1625) and credits to developer and architects. Sections titled in the same serif (El Edificio, El Barrio, Contacto) use justified mixed serif and sans paragraphs and a loose asymmetric scatter of interior, garden and facade photos at varied sizes. A black availability table lists each unit with a white pill 'Descargar' button. The contact form is written as a sentence to fill in, and a black blob footer spells the partners' names.

Worth borrowing

List apartments as a black table of units with a pill download button per plan.
Write the contact form as a sentence: 'Hola, mi nombre es ...'.
Scatter photos asymmetrically at mixed sizes with tiny captions, like a book layout.
