Design DNA

Template: boutique short-stay apartments booked direct. Warm cream canvas (#F1ECE3), espresso (#2A2622) bands and brown (#6E5A44) buttons. Light transitional serif for large headlines and italic notes, small grotesk and mono for labels and numbered eyebrows. Hero states the offer plainly beside one interior photo and four stats. Six apartment cards carry neighbourhood and guest-type tags and a nightly rate; a guest/owner toggle drives the four-step process; owner pitch with performance numbers on dark; review strip; FAQ; enquiry form on dark; big serif wordmark footer.

Worth borrowing

Tag each unit with neighbourhood and who it suits (couples, families, remote work).
Toggle one process section between the two audiences (guests and owners).
Write stats as operational promises (under 2h response, 5 neighbourhoods).
