Design DNA

Opens on a full red band with a giant black extended 'LAM' logotype and a small caps tagline. The page then turns bone-white with tight uppercase condensed grotesk statements centred between large case images. The core 'Our Playbook' runs as numbered steps (01 Find our humans to 06 Put them to work), each a tall pinned photo column, a big two-line caps title with a small caps paragraph and bullet, a squiggly spiral glyph, and a narrow vertical rail of work thumbnails scrolling beside it. Work spans a loose collage of product renders and packaging with tiny caps captions, ending in a white footer with Brand / Digital / Ventures.

Worth borrowing

Run a narrow column of tiny work thumbnails beside each process step as a scrolling proof rail.
Number process steps with a big caps two-line title and a one-line 'e.g.' bullet of deliverables.
Open with a single full-bleed red band holding only the logotype and one line.
