Design DNA

A sequence of full-bleed photo panels, each with a small numbered index (01, 02…), a light serif headline whose second line switches to italic ('Leave the upkeep. Keep the life.'), a short paragraph and a row of big thin numerals for sizes and bedrooms. The hero holds a dark brochure form panel with a white pill. A single terracotta gradient band breaks the photo rhythm, an aerial suburb shot lists amenities, and a dim register-interest block closes.

Worth borrowing

Headline pairs: roman first line, italic second line, over every photo panel.
Thin oversized numerals for area, bedrooms and minutes-to-beach under each panel.
One flat terracotta band inside a run of photos to reset the eye.
