Design DNA

Off-white #F6F6F4 page, all-lowercase copy, a clean sans for body mixed with italic serif words for emphasis ('live and grow with the ambitious', 'support and connect'). Hero centres a greyscale classical bust wearing a VR headset; later cut-out statues (astronaut, thinkers with a laptop) anchor each section. House posters in a horizontal row use large serif names over city photos. Resident cards are white with small avatars; a long plain FAQ list, a blurred-photo CTA card, and a huge gradient-filled serif 'the residency' wordmark close the page.
