Design DNA

Template: white canvas with near-black #0E0E0E bands and one cream #F3EFE4 panel. A high-contrast condensed serif sets headlines with single italic words ('A slow archive.', 'The exhibition programme.'), paired with tiny monospaced uppercase eyebrows and metadata. The hero centres 'Quiet rooms, loud work.' among small artwork thumbnails scattered across white space. The current show gets a wide installation photo with a four-column spec row (medium, works, curator, catalogue). Exhibitions sit in a 2x2 photo grid, then a numbered programme list, a black stats band, a pull quote, two-city opening-hours tables, journal cards and a black newsletter block.

Worth borrowing

Scatter small artwork thumbnails at random positions around a centred serif headline instead of using one hero image.
Give each exhibition a thin metadata row in mono caps (medium, works on view, curator, catalogue) under the photo.
Show opening hours for two locations as side-by-side ruled tables with closed days marked in red.
