Design DNA

Near-black canvas with a high-contrast serif whose capitals are swapped for italic swash glyphs in every headline, giving the whole publication a signature. Story cards use square collage artwork mixing classical statues, pixel colour and neon pinks, in four-column grids grouped under small uppercase section labels with arrows. A product shelf of dark cards with coloured app tiles sits between essay rows, a cyan subscription banner with app icons breaks the rhythm, and a pale-blue promo band closes before a restrained footer with an email field.

Worth borrowing

Swap single capitals in serif headlines for italic swash letters as a brand mark that runs through every card.
Commission one consistent collage style for all article art so a dense grid still reads as one publication.
Interrupt long content grids with a single light-coloured full-width promo band on a dark page.
