Design DNA

Template: near-black #0B0B0B with white didone headings that swap to italic mid-phrase and old-style figures for every price. Services are hairline-divided rows with an arrow, name, one-line description and a 'From $35' figure - a menu, not cards. A moody black-and-white gallery mosaic mixes tall and wide crops; testimonials are three bordered quote cards with star rows; the team is a six-up grid of studio portraits on black. A three-step booking widget with a barber picker sits above the footer.

Worth borrowing

List services as hairline rows with old-style price figures instead of a card grid - it reads like a menu.
Switch a display headline from roman to italic mid-phrase to mark the second half of the line.
Put a three-step booking widget (service, barber, time) directly on the home page above the footer.
