Design DNA

White canvas with full-bleed landscape photo bands carrying a light serif headline with italic accents, alternating with centred sans headings and inset rounded photo cards for each sub-brand (District, Living). Small uppercase mono eyebrows and tiny outlined pill buttons with a play triangle. A three-card news carousel with tag chips, a pale blue newsletter band and a very dark green footer with a sub-brand tab switcher close the page. Mobile turns the photo bands into dark green panels.

Worth borrowing

Use tiny mono uppercase eyebrows under chunky sans headings to add an archival tone to a development site.
Present each sub-brand as an inset rounded photo card with its logo overlaid and one outlined button.
End with a footer tab strip that switches between the parent brand and its sub-brands.
