Design DNA

Template: black (#0A0A0A) and full-bleed signal red (#FF1E1E) bands, one light grey band, white text. An ultra-heavy tightly tracked grotesk in uppercase carries every heading, often red on black or black on red. Photos are black-and-white or red-lit athletes. Portrait hero with 'Arise or stay down', a caps manifesto, stats, programme cards with red outlines, a red split-word band, numbered values, pinned athlete stories (The Runner, The Lifter, The Fighter) with short prose, an event date poster, a team grid, red-accented testimonials, a guide FAQ and a red join band with a giant ARISE footer.

Worth borrowing

Tell the membership story through pinned athlete archetype profiles, each with its own short narrative.
Restrict photography to black-and-white or red-lit shots so one accent colour owns the page.
Treat an event date as a poster headline in heavy caps over action photography.
